Does Ohio's State Auditor really mean to say a prize in an essay contest shocks the conscience?
Lisa Hamm, former superintendent of Cincinnati College Preparatory Academy, a local charter school, is under indictment for student and teacher incentive activities the auditor does not like.
My question: Who has ever said accountants are the answer to the crisis in American education?
